What is Let's Unite?
We, promoters of fosterers of traditions, artisans, civilians, entrepreneurs and societies founded the Let's Unite Society for Active Free Time Pursuit and Environment-Conscious Education in the Southern Transdanubian Region.

Our goals:

• provide a uniform surface for appearance for those persons and societies which who are experienced in forest schooling and are interested in sustainable environment development and promote environment conscious behaviour, fostering of traditions, artisanry in environment out-of-the -school-walls
• organize and develop eco-touristic programmes
• elaborate and perform programmes aimed at learning the values of nature
• bring closer and introduce the counties of Somogy, Tolna and Baranya and Baranja in Croatia
• continuous freshening and broadening of our four-language web-site
• make our region the centre of education of natural values of Hungary

Who can be our members?
those persons, organizations and providers of services (profit oriented and civil) who agree with the goals of the Unite society, they deal with these fields in their activity and the satisfy the requirements of assessment:

Why is the membership advantageous? What does it cost?

• We provide you appearance on the website where you can show your services in detail
• We popularize our members in our brochures, pockets calendars sent to educational institutions
• We promote activities of our members displayed in tourist offices, at our members on four-language information cards
• we provide appearance in fairs, exhibitions: Utazas exhibition in Budapest, touristic exhibitions in Pecs, Szekszard and Kaposvar, fairs of accommodation in forums and manifestations aimed at popularization of active tourism and environment conscious education
• you can participate in professional further education after which you can broaden your offer of methodology and programmes
• get educational materials which effectively help your work
• all this for only HUF 9.000/year

Who do we offer our programmes?
There is no advised age group at each programme. Active tourism and environment conscious education is agelessly aimed at kindergarten and school generations, families who are fond of nature and our traditions and all those who like to live environment consciously and educate their ___ to this.

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM - A DECLARATION OF INTENT
The herby undersigned express my wish to join the Unite society for Active Freetime Pursuit and Environment-Conscious Education in the Southern Transdanubian Region and I take the responsibility to satisfy the following requirements:

• hold one or more workshops of minimally 2 hrs length for at least 15 persons in the field of knowledge of nature, fostering the traditions, environment conscious lifestyle.
• provide accommodation and food if desired or arrange it to the participants  of the programme offered by me
• present 2 recommendations of two registered members
• display the leaflets and information cards on the location of my programme and help promote services of my co-members
• fill in the annual evaluation form (electronic or paper) or return it by post
• Active participation in Unite promotion of its programmes on my spot
• Inform the leaders of the Unite within ten days about changes in the quality, availability and price of my services, programmes. Neglection of this principle yields to automatic exclusion form the O.

As a member of Unite

• I will appear in all publications of Unite (electronic or paper)
• I accept that Unite will promote my service programme in all the forums available to O
• I will pay the annual membership fee of HUF 9.000 on reception of an invoice
• I take the responsibility of satisfying the quality requirements and the consequences (enclosure of the declaration of intent - membership application form)
• I will provide the members of the Unite the Unite card the discount mentioned in my application form from the regular price of my services
• I will notice my membership and the Unite logo in all my publications
• I will place a 30x30 cm size noticeboard of Unite at the entrance of my place of service
• I will be selling the Unite stamp collector booklet at a fixed price
• I will receive an Unite stamp on my name
• I will stamp my visitors' Unite cards with my Unite stamp
• I accept the quality criteria
• I express my intent of joining by filling in the registration form, evaluation criteria and signature.

EVALUATION CRITERIA
The goal the evaluation criteria enclosure is that our visitors learn our services and provide a high quality service and maintenance of this high standard.
Leaders of the Unite or persons appointed by it are entitled to supervise the services of the members according to the following evaluation criteria
Registered members of the Unite have to provide the following infrastructure and other services as:

• hand washing facility and a toilet on the site of the programme or at arrival/departure spots
• a programme which is aimed at children and based on their own impression and experience
• environment friendly workshops or presentations site which is environment friendly and it serves the principles of health life

Register the availability addresses of the visitors and forward it to the Unite on a form provided by Unite
If the member registered by the Unite does not satisfy the above criteria she is automatically excluded from the society. It requires a voting of simple majority of the leadership. In case of equality of ballots the decision is made by the head person.
When a member is excluded, his/her recommenders are automatically excluded by the leadership of Unite or persons appointed by them.
